The Ina 

Taken on a beautiful warm sunny morning on Maui. My friend Danielle and I were shooting, swimming and enjoying the calmness of the early morning. This image captures a peaceful moment of surrender and connection. The waves gently ebbed and flowed behind her allowing for a true moment of connection to earth. The moment represents groudning and stillness, which has always been an essential ritual in starting my day. 

In Hawaiian, "ʻāina" (pronounced ah-EE-nah) means "land," and it encompasses a deep connection to the land, encompassing its role as a source of sustenance and a spiritual connection
