At The Current Print Shop, we take great care in crafting and delivering your fine art prints. Each piece is custom-made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail. Because each print is made to order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure that every piece is created with care and precision just for you.

However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we are here to help.

Replacements for Damaged Prints

We want you to receive your artwork in perfect condition. If your print arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.

How to Request a Replacement

Contact us at thecurrentprintshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of:

  1. The damaged product
  2. The interior packaging
  3. The exterior packaging

Important Notes

Requests made after 14 days or without photos will not qualify.

We do not offer refunds for damaged items, only replacements.
