Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. At this moment our platform supports shipping to Canada and the United States. If you send us a message, we can manually process an order to other parts of the world.

Q. I saw a shot on your Instagram that I really liked - do you offer prints not listed on the website?

A. We always love hearing that you saw more photos on our Instagram pages! You can purchase the size you want your image to be right here, and we will make sure you get the image of your dreams. Additionally, you can fill out a form on our custom order page and let us know which photographer and photo you are interested in and we will be in touch.

Q. Do you offer additional sizes?

A: We want to help you find the photo that compliments the space you are trying to fill. Note: some images on our site may be too low of resolutions for certain sizes (especially film photos). Additional shipping and/or printing charges may apply for custom orders. Fill out a request on our custom order page and we will let you know what's possible!

Q. Do you offer framing?

Yes, much like our other custom orders, we absolutely would love to enhance your photo with a frame. Let us know what image you are interested on our custom order page and we can discuss framing options.

Q. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We don't offer direct refunds or exchanges with our prints. If you are unhappy with your selection, please contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

Q. What if my print arrives damaged?

We ship prints with the utmost love and care, but we understand that sometimes things do happen in transit. We deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Our shipping partners require any damage to be reported within seven days of receiving the print, so please make sure to open your package in a timely manner. Keep all original packaging and photograph any damage evidence. Contact us at info@thecurrentprintshop.com to open a claim.
